Wisdom is spoken very
highly of throughout the Scriptures. It
has a price value greater than gold. It
gives life, honor, wealth, etc. Wisdom
has its beginning in the fear of the Lord. It is turning away from evil. So much in today’s world is called good, but
it is actually evil. Now is the time to
consider, pray, and seek the Lord Jesus. Abiding in Christ Jesus and His word is like
being immersed in wisdom.
Challenge:
“The fear of the Lord is the beginning of
wisdom,
and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.”(Proverb 9:10)
and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.”(Proverb 9:10)
“For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped
praying for you. We continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of his
will through all the wisdom and
understanding that the Spirit gives,”(Colossians 1:9)
“I keep asking that the God of our
Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that
you may know him better.”(Ephesians 1:17)
