"I Will Pout Out!"(Acts 2:17)

“‘In the last days, God says,
I will pour out my Spirit on all people.
Your sons and daughters will prophesy,
your young men will see visions,
your old men will dream dreams."(Acts 2:17)

Greetings,

The Scripture is being fulfilled in Acts 2.  God said in the Old Testament, and it came to fruition in the New Testament.  God is still doing it today.  He is pouring out His Holy Spirit in believers in Jesus Christ.  An expectation should be in our prayers that the Holy Spirit will powerfully work confirming the Word of God.

Displays of signs, miracles, and wonders for God's glory will happen with many souls being saved in the Kingdom.  Why?  Powerful preaching will happen!  "Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days, and they will prophesy."(Acts 2:18)

Challenge:  Believe this, "And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.’"(Acts 2:21)

"Power From On High!"(Luke 24:49)

"49 I am going to send you what my Father has promised; but stay in the city until you have been clothed with power from on high.”(Luke 24:49)

Greetings,

Jesus gave His followers instructions before His return to heaven.  They were to be witnesses for Him telling others about repentance and forgiveness of sins.  This task would need"power from on high."(Luke 24:49) They were to pray and receive the promise.

Challenge:  Keep asking, seeking, and knocking for the Father is pleased to give the Holy Spirit.  He gives in abundance to all that ask Him.

Jesus Said, "Feed My Sheep."(John 21:17)

"17 The third time he said to him, “Simon son of John, do you love me?”
Peter was hurt because Jesus asked him the third time, “Do you love me?” He said, “Lord, you know all things; you know that I love you.”
Jesus said, “Feed my sheep."(John 21:17)

Greetings,
It is apparent that Jesus really intends that His followers are to take action.  Love equals action.  The type of action results in taking care of God's people, His children.  It is imperative that care be given and especially feeding them with the Holy Bible.  They will grow spiritually and become strong.
Challenge: "28 Keep watch over yourselves and all the flock of which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers. Be shepherds of the church of God,[a]which he bought with his own blood.[b] "(Acts 20:28)

“Take Care of My Sheep.”(John 21:16)

"16 Again Jesus said, “Simon son of John, do you love me?”
He answered, “Yes, Lord, you know that I love you.”
Jesus said, “Take care of my sheep.”(John 21:16)

Greetings,

Jesus was speaking with Peter candidly.  He was getting Him to understand that love means action.  Jesus want love in the form of taking care of those who follow Him.  Jesus wanted His followers to be fed spiritually, warned of deceitful practices or teachings from others, and also wanted them to grow to be like Him.  I believe Peter got this message by reading 1 & 2 Peter.
Challenge:  Let us follow these spoken through Peter:
Be shepherds of God’s flock that is under your care, watching over them—not because you must, but because you are willing, as God wants you to be; not pursuing dishonest gain, but eager to serve; not lording it over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock. And when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that will never fade away.

"Feed My Lambs!"(John 21:15)

"15 When they had finished eating, Jesus said to Simon Peter,“Simon son of John, do you love me more than these?”
“Yes, Lord,” he said, “you know that I love you.”
Jesus said, “Feed my lambs.”(John 21:15)
Greetings,
Jesus was seen by the disciples before His return to Heaven.  He did many things to prove His resurrection.  One was to give His followers' instructions.  He was direct with Peter and restoring Him.  He was to feed or shepherd the flock.  Children and youth are a part of the flock.  If we love God and the Lord Jesus, then we would include them in the spreading of the Gospel.
Challenge:  Remember these words, "Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.”(Matthew 19:14)
