Summary:

Luke 1:27-45

Three Key Areas of Encouragement

1. Chosen:  Mary was chosen for the specific task of giving birth to our Lord Jesus Christ.  (Luke 1:28) Remember that God has chosen you, women of God!  Remember His promises to you in the scripture and those personal prophetic words that He spoke to you!
2. Highly Favored: Favor is fair.  When you are obedient to do God's will then He responds to your obedience.  Obedience is better than sacrifice.  He responds as in Psalm 5:12.  "For You, O Lord will bless the righteous; with favor You will surround him as with a shield."
3. Nothing is Impossible for God.  He caused a virgin to be with child.  He caused a barren woman in old age to bear a son, John the baptist.  He will cause the call and plans for your life to come to past.  Age and time will not have any bearing on it. (Luke 1:39-45)

Praise God!  Write a song like Mary, write a poem like David, or writer a letter like Paul but Give God His Glory!  Amen!!!!!

God is Working! Summary on Hannah Tele-class/coaching!

God is so amazing!  Truly, He is working all things together for our good!  It is a promise to those who love Him and are called according to His purpose!  Amen!

God moved through our dear sister, Rev. Doris Dorsey out of South Carolina!  Our woman of the Bible was Hannah!  Hannah's life has great detail even in the shortness of scripture.  Her life gives coaching and exhortation to help us women.  Here is the link to yesterday's teaching: Hannah Tele-Class/Coaching

Hannah Summary:

Her name means gracious and favor.  She was barren and had no children.  Her husband's other wife who had children teased and mocked her maliciously.  She was so grieved of spirit that she did not eat or drink.  What are some aspects of Hannah's character that we can adopt?

• She did not retaliate or fight back her rival/enemy.  (1 Samuel 1:5-8)
• She exposed her brokenness to the Lord with weeping.  (1 Samuel 1:10)
• She was of a pure heart to pray and was secure enough to make a vow to God.  (1 Samuel 1:11)
• She was found in God's presence and received a blessing/favor.  (1 Samuel 1:12-17)
• She had faith and believed the prophetic word spoken to her.  (1 Samuel 1:18)
• She followed her vow/word with action.  (1 Samuel 1:21-28)
• She gave God thanks and praise for answering her prayer request.  (1 Samuel 2:1-10)

Praise God for this woman of God!  Thank God for Rev. Dorsey as the vessel!

God is for you!  Tell me who can be against you!  Go with God and you are blessed!

Summary on Ruth: Reward For Faithfulness!

Yesterday was a high and exciting time in the Lord Jesus.  The message was encouraging and uplifting to all who heard and will hear.

The following is a summary/coaching of was taught on Ruth: Reward for Faithfulness!

1.  Return to Judah (Praise)

Naomi and Ruth were returning to Judah because it was learned that God was giving them bread there. 

We should return to what we know.  We should praise and worship God as we did in the beginning.  Return to our first love.  With praise of God, we will experience a famine.

2.  Decide to take a stand!  Stand on the Word of God!
Ruth took a stand to follow Naomi.  She said,  "Your God will be my God and your people my People."

• We should stand on God's word and peace in the midst of storms.
• Praise is evidence that God is real.
• We have choices when it comes to our emotions.  Our emotions and the way we feel does not have to dictate our faith or what we do.

3.  Walk it out.

Walk your faith out.  Ruth said, "Let me go to the fields and pick-up the leftover grain behind anyone in whose eyes I find favor."

4. Willing and Obedient

• When we are willing and obedient, the reward will come after a while.
• At the feet of Jesus, He will give instructions. 
• We have to remember all the times that God made a way before in our circumstances. 
• Our need is to remain faithful and continue to make deposits everyday.

Deposits are:

• Be kind to others even our enemies.
• Paying our tithe and offerings.
• Speaking well of others when we could have done otherwise.

The final thought is the prize or blessing cannot be more that the Prize Giver or Blesser, God!

Rahab Tele-class Summary

Praise God Women of God,

I am so excited about God's workings in our lives!  He is routing a great work that cannot be derailed or put down!  Amen!

The following is a summary of the Rahab Tele-class:

Rahab was a prostitute; however she heard of the greatness of God to respond with faith.  Her faith caused her to protect and hide the spies.  She also made a covenant with them to save her and her family.  Her act of kindness delivered her, and she became great herself.  Her name is written in Hebrews 11, the Hall of Faith.  She is in the lineage of King David and Jesus, Our Lord!

God said in the message that someone's past does not limit them when it comes to faith.  It only takes one moment to get in faith.  Rahab did and so can you!  Whatever the mistakes were, God is able to redeem them.  He can and will turnaround the past for your good.  Where there were men mistakes, God can give you a husband.  He did for Rahab!  Where are health mistakes, He can heal!  Praise His Name!  Where there were abortions, He can give children whether spiritual or physical!  Where there were financial/job mistakes, He can turn it around to where there is abundance!  It only takes an act of faith!  God is not limited by our past!  Others such as family, friends, enemies, etc. may have written you off!  God has not!

God does not care for self-righteousness.  Church attendance and other religious behavior cannot save anyone.  Those things do not make us better than a prostitute, drug dealer, drug user, etc.  God is no respector of persons when it comes to responding in faith to Him.  He is calling the lowly and/or despised in society into the Kingdom of God! 

Women of Harvest the harvest is plentiful!  We must tell someone about salvation in Jesus Christ!
